    Haha, Lorraine, your wish is my command! This was taken at Champagne Brasserie, a lovely little French restaurant at Broadbeach at the Gold Coast. Soy and I visited last year- we had lunch, when we had this savoury seafood brioche. It was DELICIOUS! And we went back for dinner the next day!

    It does look great, doesn’t it! If we had made this, Joudie, I would be pleased beyond words. But this was a dish we loved at a restaurant at the Gold Coast. :)

    hmmm, a brioche recipe, but more butter in it. The prawns were poached and peeled to maintain their shape, then a creamy buttery sauce to top it all off…what do you think? ooo, but how will you go with the all the butter and the flour? Are there good substitutes that you’ve found?
