I made these just the other night to eat with a big hearty soup I made (I'd run out of bread and couldn't be bothered going out into the cold wintery night just for a loaf of bread, so whipped these up). Great minds think alike :)

Ohh I wish I had some too! This is actually an old picture (I'm using old photos for Wordless Wednesdays) and Soy made them last year… I wish I could be enjoying them right now, though… and they would be great with soup…

hello honey and soy, is there a published recipe for these and the honey cinnamon cookies too? love the wordless post concept- i find too often bloggers ramble. ; p

Hi Free! Oh dear, I hope our silent Wednesdays make up for our usual rambling then! :) For the honey and cinnamon cookies, I tweaked this Donna Hay recipe http://www.donnahay.com.au/recipes/151-star-coo

These are the adjustments: 1/2 cup sugar + 2 tbsp honey, (instead of 3/4 cup sugar) and an addition of 1tsp ground cinnamon.

For the parmesan twists, I think Soy just threw it together one day! I'll ask her for the recipe when she gets back from overseas.
